Even though my order was sent out quickly, I got an email from Katherine apologizing for any trouble caused by the postal strike that might hold up my delivery. It's rare to see such personal attention from a company that clearly puts in the effort to keep their customers satisfied. I was fortunate and got mine right on time. Fast shipping (would've been quicker if it weren't for the postal strike). Totally worth the wait, I've only sampled the smoked rum and it’s smooth, oaky, with a touch of caramel. The boss (my wife) says I gotta cut down on my current stash before I place another order, so look out for one in the new year.
